I have installed Hamachi2 on my buddies computer with a OS - Windows 7 and Norton software. After the installation is complete I can see him in our network but can't access him. Through some investigation we found that the Hamachi2 adapter was not installed in the device manager or the network sharing screen. What is the process to get the adapter to install?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We finally determined that the network connection adapter was corrupt. We uninstalled the adapter in the device manager and rebooted to let Windows 7 find it. When the system came up there was a error message trouble installing the adapter. We did a clean install of Windows 7 and both networks showed up in the device manager and the network and sharing screen, problem solved.
