No, sorry but would you mind explaining me how to do this? Windows doesn't detect it

There's a multitude of ways to do a Secure Erase; I personally use the HDDErase application on the Ultimate Boot CD.

If you want to keep it simple: Just use the instructions in TechSpot's article to disable encryption (since you clearly don't need it). That way you can treat the SED like a regular HDD and it should show up in Windows.
