HD-DVD .EVO and .MAP file

My brother just bought a new laptop with a HD-DVD drive, the laptop came with a demo disc with various film trailers in HD.

The files on the disc all end with either a .EVO or .MAP file extension.

What are they?

Does anyone know how to get these files to player, as all my players (WMP, PowerDVD 8 Ultra) don't seem to be able to play the files?

Try to find some high def codecs to decode them?

Thanks managed to sort it had to install WINDVD 9 to run the disc.
