Hdd Password Remove Help

I posted a while back, but i still have the same problem with the same laptop its a Laitude D600, when i turn it on it takes me to this white page with HDD Password Lock...

Hard-disk #429F4JMAY4A-595B, the system Primary Hdd, is protected by a password authentication system. You cannot access data on this hard drive without the correct password.

I've tryed everything, dell,Dell,DELL, www.dell.com, 123456,123456789,123456654321 and more but nothing works it keeps me at the white screen

The hard drive is HTACHI, Travelstar

Any Help I Get, I Will Do

You must be a system administrator to change HDD passwords. If not, you will need to format and reload the OS on the HDD.

i can get into the bios but i cant get the the desktop of the computer and i dont know the pass to the hdd to change it. Also how would i format and reload another os on the hdd
