Heard about the new Dell H2C?

Has anyone here heard about the new Dell XPS H2C? It uses a Quad core C2D that is factory overclocked to somthing like 3.2 GHz. Overclocking looks like it should be crazy because of the CPU cooler, it looks like a really advanced design in my opinion.

What do you all think of that? It looks like you would be able to run with processor temps about at ambient with that beast cooling it.
