Help. blue screen of death problem!

hi. this is the second time i got the blue screen of death. i am using a vista. but i fix the first blue screen of death or bsod. i had to reformat everything. and i dont want to do it again. is there a solution to solve this? and when i try to read the blue screen. all it says is how to try to diagnos it. and then it has stop 0X00000XXX dont know the last three numbers or letters. is it a virus? wut can i do to stop this.

Hello BG1,

Did you recently install any hardware/software prior to the BSOD occurring right after on each account? Also, please copy the all caps/underscore letters at the top of the screen if it should occur again. Please also copy down the numbers/letters right below the TECHNICAL SUPPORT portion of the BSOD..

I would disconnect all external hardware and then run diagnostics on the system. You could have a memory problem or any of the external devices could be causing the system to crash.
