Help me for driver please

I've PCI encoder card with Philip SA7110A WP chipset and Zoran QPC36120 but in windows XP known as multimedia video controller, it's not work cause the driver didn't installed before, would you help me to find the driver ? Please... Very Please......

Have a look for a make and or model number on the card itself then google them.
