Help needed to identify soundcard

been given an old pc to look at tried everything to get a soundcard driver for it!!!!! no luck yet, could anyone help me identify the soundcard, serial numbers on the card are LWHA521-T9 and 015T98711537, cheers max

I think you have a Hercules Muse XL pci sound card, if so, here's a driver for it.
