Hello everyone,
I recently reinstalled Windows on my HP 14-dq1039wm laptop, which has a 256 GB SSD paired with 16 GB Intel Optane memory. Before reinstalling, Optane was working fine, but now I’m facing issues trying to re-enable it.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
1. Checked the BIOS for any Intel Optane or Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST) options, but couldn’t find a specific setting to enable RAID mode.
2. Attempted to reinstall the Intel Optane Memory software, but it gives me an “Unsupported Chipset” error, even though the laptop previously supported Optane.
3. Tried using diskpart and other commands to check disk configurations, but no luck.
Does anyone know how to re-enable Intel Optane on this model or where to find the RAID mode option in the BIOS? I’ve read that it might be hidden or disabled, but I’m not sure how to proceed from here.
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your help.
