Help Needed

I need advice for this I have Super antispyware and malwarebytes (If both do same task I mean antiSpyware and antimalware)but im confused or not sure which one is good or best .. ..I know it depends on personal choice but if somebody can suggest me it would be great.....

You should have one antivirus program, one firewall and at least two spyware/adware programs.
