Help please

I'm not tech savvy, so please excuse me.

I am running on Windows XP and i have a JPEG image file that cannot be deleted, renamed or moved to another folder, the only options it gives me to do anything is "Preview", "Edit", "Print", "Open with..." and "Send to" (which it is unable to do any option).

I tried running on safe mode to delete it, but I was unable to do that, the same options came up again, and I've tried several programs for removing these kinds of things. One of them couldn't recognize the file and the latest program I tried, Unlocker (where you right click and unlock undeletable files) was unable to do so as well.

I'm not really sure what I can do to get rid of this thing and all my anti-virus tools like avast! don't pick up on any kind of malware on this file.

> Select tab > More Tools > click >Run Tool
> “File Name” > Type or paste “ full or partial path “ into the box > click open.
> select file from the list > click open > confirm choice
