Help to format

trying to format pc but set up dont find any hd installed on computer.at windows start up the bios shows the hd.pc boot fine from hd.this is a sata hd.

You need to have the drivers to the SATA controllers on a floppy & hit F6 at the start of the install process to load these drivers in memory. If you do not have a floppy drive, you need to go in the BIOS & see if you can set the SATA controller to an IDE legacy mode which will make the hard drive detectable as a regular IDE drive.
