Re-install backup problem

I made a Paragon back up, it is on a separate disk from my (C:) drive, this was done of Paragon's free software.
Following my Windows 11 re-installation - no problems, I downloaded and installed Paragon Backup and Recovery 18 Community Edition.
I have also downloaded and installed Paragon Paragon SOF on a memory stick.
It in turn has located the backup that I wish to re-install.
In trying to install this backup I get as far as View backup contents, Browse backup contents and view disk layout.
Now clicking on any of the disks >, also Files and Folders nothing happens, no drop downs appear - see attached.

  • Ensure you have the latest updates for Paragon Backup & Recovery 18.Sometimes, bugs in older versions can cause these issues.

Also,u mentioned the backup was created with Paragon’s free software. If this was an older version, it’s possible the format isn't fully compatible with Paragon Backup & Recovery 18.
  • Try installing the older version of the software you originally used to create the backup and attempt to restore from there.

Thank you, this indeed makes sense, it had occurred to me before.
Now the six million dollar question, how do I find please this older free version of Paragon's Backup and Recovery?

So the moment of truth, only to me meet by the attached, previous backups before my last also produced the same result.

So I'm now wondering if I could extract/restore one particular app from this backup., my Mozilla Thunderbird emails?
