Help with hijackthis log

I need some help with my hijack this log. I have a monitor that prevents anything from registering to my start up register without me giving the ok, but I accidentally clicked yes on something this morning, and now my CPU usage is going thru the roof. Log is attached.

If you think that there is a problem,

Please follow all the stpes HERE post the three requested logs as attachments and remember to tell us the results of the antirootkit.

When running the AVG antispyware check, remember to set it to quarantine the results.
