Help with virus 8 step complete

I am new to your site and pretty new on computers.I have done the 8 step program. computer has been freezing and shutting down, disk drive won't work. I am attatching my logs. I would appreciate any help.

I finally made it back and reran malwarebyte and attached the log

It is clean. How are things running now ?

It seems to be a lot better, haven't worked on it much. will let you know if I have any more problems
