Problem

I don't even use IE anymore.

All I use id firefox. Every few minutes Symantec says "Trojan Downloader cleaned by deletion"

Also IE open to an add page even though I haven't even used IE.

A few months back I had the Virtumonde virus and cleaned it.

My main problem is that every 5 minutes symantec is catching a Trojan downloader.

I am sure you will get some help once you make known what needs to be reviewed. What is it that we are supposed to be looking for? We could speculate or come to the conclusion that you have an infection, but it might not show in your HJT log, therefore you should state specifically what your issue is.
