i'm not too great with computers so any help is great.

Could you explain the actual problem, maybe the log will make more since if you tell me what heppened.

i tried downloading some app and clicked on the wrong link and a program installed itself. shortly after i had a lot of pop ups for malware and spyware removal. computer slowed down. followed instructions on how to remove and i got to the last step with was to post the hjt log. computer still shows a warning prompt when i start up

it reads:Error running: c:windows\system32\lciggjh.dll
specified module could not be found.
