I pointed out that this was a US hospital so your statements don't apply. Now to the middle part, "In my area hospitals cannot talk to other hospitals even in the hospital one part of hospital has no idea what other part of the hospital is doing. Every thing is fax over or done by phone. Many times it gets misplaced or they fail to fax it over." Obviously any hospital can be poorly run.
