How can i increse my fps i FEAR.

hi, im not getin reall good fps in fear. i have ATI raedon x1300 series, 2.66ghz core duo i think, 1gb ram. im the stress test i get around 15 so if anyone has any tweeks i can to help me i could aprechiate it.
