How good is the network+ certification and Security+ certification?

Can you get job working for Norton, FBI, CIA, NSA, other government agency or anti-virus company? With just network+ certification and Security+ certification?

Or do they ask for some thing else?

If your probably goal is networking, security, cyber attack and malware?

Those certs do not impress the big boys -- better than nothing, but today they will want CS degrees in security.
