how to disable sbscrexe.exe service?

guys i need help...i got windows small business server 2003, i didnt want it as domain controller, so i removed it, i am using it as workgroup computer

but according to 'event', windows will not let run computer as workstation and will shutdown computer after 60 minutes. The service causing this is sbscrexe.exe


I tried to disable it but it says access denied, yes i am logged in as admin..

any idea how to solve this problem or disable the service?

Remove the domain controller role using "Configure Your Server Wizard".

i already did, computer is running as workgroup but still having same problem....
