How to get a mp3 SANSA driver for windows10?

Hey guy im new at this forum, and I´d like to get some help to fix my old sansa mp3

There was an issue finding Windows 7 drivers. I'm afraid there will not be any downloadable drivers for Windows 10. If your device is not natively recognized, or installed generically through Windows Update, you may be out of luck.
