How to submit programs for review?

I was wondering, how can I submit two of my programs for a review on TechSpot?
Below you can find the programs I am talking about.

1) Agnitio
2) Kryptos

Both Agnitio and Kryptos are completely free.

Everything looks good, apart from the fact that the version of Agnitio is beta 1.03. I will send the logos tommorow, since it's kind of late in my country.
