M MCSW1 Apr 25, 2023 #1 Hi All, I have a HP Spectre X360 13-4128TU when I turn on the Laptop all I get is the Charging Light Flashing 3 Times and nothing else. No Fan Spin or any Beeps. I have checked Voltage at the Mosfets and I am getting 19v. Any help would be great
