hi all
sorry my english languge not good.

i have Problem in my new PC
when open the PC
diplay before run Windows:
1-safe mode
2-last configration
3-start Normal

but I'm not Press F8 to display this Screen

after that whet the os run display Message Microsoft error tel me about problem in my pc and it choose me if send this eror to microsoft

and when open event viewer ,i find the source:system error category:102 ID:1003
My Quesstion where the problem:
in Hardware or software ,and how to solute this

try this for starters. * Boot from your XP Setup CD and enter the Recovery Console
* Run "Attrib -H -R -S" on the C:\Boot.ini file
* Delete the C:\Boot.ini file
* Run "Bootcfg /Rebuild"
* Run Fixboot
