i need advice on 7600gt

if i bought 2x nvidia geforce 7600gt's + set them up in sli in the following rig(i hope to build it soon) could i play the best games on the highest settings? THE RIG: asus m2n sli deluxe socket am2 nvidia nforce 570 sli mcp atx amd mobo, amd athlon 64 x2 4600+ windsor 2000MHz ht 2x512KB l2 cache socket am2 dual core cpu, 4GB corsair ddr400 pc3200 184 pin ram, 250GB 8MB samsung sp2504c hdd, wd raptorx wd1500 ahfd 150GB 16MB hdd, thermaltake toughpower 750w psu with 6x sata connectors, 4x ata connectors, 2x pci express connectors + 1x 140mm fan. any advice is well appreciated....THANK YOU IN ADVANCE:haha:

Foreget about the 2 7600's and get a single 7900GT. It will outperform the 2 other cards and cost the same. My 7900GT plays everything at full resolution.

how much does the 7900gt cost? about £250? so, 1x 7900gt is better than 2x 7600gt's? i think ill be getting the 7900gt!! maybe 2? cheers for the advice

I bought mine for $260 US. I think thats about 190 pounds.

There is no point to getting 4 gigs of RAM. It doesn't yield any performance increase from 2 gigs and It's a challege to get it to work with many motherboards. 2 gigs of RAM is plenty. Other wise your system looks sweet.

You could install games onto your RAM lol.

i wish i had that kind of money to throw at a computer....you could cut your system in half and still have enough capability to play most games
