I want to build a PC but I'm not experienced

i want to build my own pc but i need help from someone that experienced.
the most i want to spend is $1750.
i want a computer thats quiet has great memory and is a media computer for ALOT!! of gaming, hdmi tv, videos, and music. i want a tv card that is compatible with windows media center for recording tv and stuff like that.

i found a great website on how to build it and i looks like that its all the help i would need for assembling it but i just need help on wut components i need for my specs.
