Iamfamous.dll log scan result

Hi guys. Recently i found that i had a trojan on my system and it came out to be iamfamous.dll

I have attached my security log file from HijackThis. I have also added my spyware terminator log and a log from when i am connected to the internet (Nbstat). There is also a startuplist lo file.

Would someone be kind enough to analyse it and give me some advise on it.
