IDE cable problem

How do I buy a new IDE cable?

One is connected to the HDD. It splits into two. From the HDD, one is connected to the motherboard and the other one is connected to the DVD drive. What do you call this kind of IDE cable? I have an extra cable but it is a single one. It doesn't split into two. The stupid thing is the center of the cable is in Möbius strip. :haha: Weird huh?

Please help.
I am not a geek enough to solve this myself. :dead:
Thanks.

They come in different lengths and flat ribbon type or rounded style but about $2-$4 is typical.

Edit: Those are online retailer prices. Store prices are a little more.

Okay. Good. Although the standard IDE cable is the flat type (40 pin, 80 wire), if you wanted you can use the rounded type. You don't need the rounded type but I'm just saying it for information purposes.
