My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 5160 P4 with XP SP2 wireless. My hubby now wants me to set up an email account for him on this one and I can't get the welcome screen to come up. Here's the error msg I keep getting:

A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change: C:\Windows\System32\BCMLogon.dll.

How do I find out what program this file pertains to? The searched results I have come up is for the MSGINA.dll. I'm not finding any reference to the BCMLogon.dll file and I'm not experienced with the registry. Does anyone have some direction for me.

I've searched Google and came up with a couple of links that I have bookmarked but these are referring to an MSGINA.dll that their Linksys software could have changed. Mine is a BCMLogon.dll. I don't know if there is any connection but I do have the Wireless G 2.4.

Any help appreciated.
