Inactive IE8 hijacked...

Need some serious help. I have been at this problem for two days now. Several days ago, all my program names under the program menu just disappeared. After working on it, I was able to restore my computer back to earlier stage, but not without complication.

Symptoms after restore:
1. Internet Explorer 8 and Google, and other searche engines redirecting my searches to other soliciting websites.
2. Radio/TV interference running through my speakers, could be linked to my media center application.
3. Seeing 2 iexplorer.exe show up in my task manager, sometimes even after ending the process.

I have tried 2 Microsoft adware removal downloads, McAfee for AOL users program, and now Hijackthis. These programs did catch some problems that I did clear, but still having the same issues. I hope you can help me figure out what software is causing this with the attached hijackthis file.

My son, around the 1st of this month, wanted some free zombie game, which I tried to download for him. I ended up removing 6-7 programs that came along with this software and I do not remember all of the extras and I do not know if I got the main program off either. But suspect this could be what is causing my problems.
