YouTube cracks down (again) on ad blockers, frustrating users

I haven't seen ads on Youtube in years. I HATE television ads and I won't put up with much of that on YT. TV ads are generally so mindless, uncreative, and lacking in inteligence I often feel insulted watching them. If ads on YT become a problem, I have no problem leaving youtube. There is nothing there I can't live without.

Well probably Opera already incorporating manifest V3 and all Chromium based shite will suffer the same fate by July at the latest. Firefox will continue to support v2 and why I support it.

DoJ needs to ramp up it's breakup of Google.

BTW what happens on Safari? Never used it for YT I just realised. Is ublock available from the Apple Store?
No, and none of blockers work either. Good thing Apple allows other browsers as default now, and some support blockers without extensions. Only Safari can have extensions in I[pad]OS
