IGI-2 Starting Problem

Whenever I try to open game it said cant load english/menu.res file.

Your game files are missing or corrupt. Try reinstalling then [Run as Administrator privileges]. If it still don't work then your game installer is corrupt or missing files. Don't.worry it happens with me a lot of times.
