I'm having Issues with my keyboards

ok my keyboard is having a number of problems my typing is fast but my keyboard cant keep up so when im done typing it slows down and if i click my mouse while its still processing the laptop beeps as many times as i click it...now when im gaming its the same way! i thought it maybe cause i was using a wireless keyboard but I've tried wired and the laptop keyboard! it still does the same thing.


i have a dell inspiron 1501
window xp
pc has been dropped before
and it has had its OS reinstalled

Check your keyboard settings for 'speed' in control panel.

It would be appreciated in future if you supplied information like that up front.

Just so you don't waste peoples time (mine AND yours).

Another thing you can try is to un-install and re-install your graphics drivers.

Un-install, reboot, re-install, reboot.

it still is not completely working, typing is keeping up with me now but it slows down every few seconds...also when im gaming im still having the same issue

Since you didn't say what, if anything, you did, I can only guess.

However, as a last suggestion, go through a Task Manager and startup examination and shut down 'ANYTHING' you don't absolutely 'need' to be running all the time.

If you want to know what those things are, someone else may help.
