Installing IE7 on XP without SP2

I use WindowsXP Pro and I have not installed any of the Service Packs. For a particular reason I don't want to install it. I want to try out IE7 on my computer but IE7 requires SP2. Can I install/run IE7 on my system?

You must have sp2 installed to be able to install IE7.

So, the answer to your question is no.
