Intel officially confirms discrete graphics card coming in 2020

Maybe they should first learn how to make CPUs that don't have 5 horrible security flaws inside of a single CPU generation. And then stretching across all of their CPU types and generations in the last 10 years. THEN they can try making GPUs, even though it's an uphill fight for them.

Maybe because people want more performance, which is what Intel was focused on. Nobody gave a damn about obscure and unknown exploits, not until they were pointed out by the press. Now people act like they purposely flubbed it. As if they were supposed to do years of white-hat hacking, trying to find every possible future vulnerability before releasing every product. That's not how business works, that would bankrupt any business very quickly. So they have to walk a fine line between performance, security and profitability. This is why they make the big bucks - when the exploits are revealed, it costs them millions to develop solutions. I still have not heard of a single case of anyone being hacked by Meltdown or Spectre exploits, have you?
