Intel puts RAID onto future processors

Rejoice RAID users .... Hilbert has posted this interesting news bit about Intel integrating RAID on processor die. :

The linked article quotes,"enterprise storage technology". Is it possible that this might be only incorporated into "Zeon" CPUs? Perhaps just at the beginning?

Probably, and that was my first impression. But in due course of time I am sure it will trickle down to mainstream products as well.
