Seems Intel have a contract- other than themselves that is- with Achronix for FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) processors using the 22nm process. These are OEM products with fairly general (i.e. basic) properties for post-manufacturing application setting.

This same 22nm process will also be applied to Intel's Ivy Bridge CPU's- the successor to the as yet unreleased Sandy Bridge which is manufactured on 28nm.
