Internet explorer icon doesn't work

Running Windows 10
Internet icon on bottom of screen does nothing. (Checked on other device. Internet is working!) Search bar not working. Windows icon not working other than right-clicking on it. What is wrong? Why can't I get internet?

Yes.
Even uninstalled 2 updates that I thought might have caused it, but it still doesn't work.

Do you have windows 10 ISO or repair disk? Can you run 'automatic repair'?
