Inactive Internet Explorer opens randomly in background and search items are redirected

OK I need to know what message you're getting when you type bootrec /fixmbr and you press Enter.
 
That looks fine.

I am still having redirects on google and iexplore.exe *32
Which browser is getting redirected?
Please tell me more about "iexplore.exe *32". What exactly happens?

  • Double click on the file you just downloaded and let it install.
  • It will install to your desktop (be patient; it may take a while).
  • Accept license agreement and click "Start" button.

    • In Actions checkmark Select action: (disinfect; delete if disinfection fails) instead of preselected Prompt on detection
  • Click on Automatic Scan tab and then click on Start scanning button.
  • Before it is done it may prompt for action regardless of the setting so choose delete if prompted.
  • When the scan is done NO log will be produced.
  • Click on Report button

  • Right click anywhere within right pane, click Select All then right click again and click Copy.
  • This will copy the items that it found to the clipboard you can then open notepad (go to start then run then type in notepad) and choose paste to paste the contents into Notepad.
  • You can save this on the desktop.
  • Post the contents of the document in your next reply.
 
Let's try to reset your router....

Go Start>Run (Start search in Vista), type in:
cmd
Click OK (Vista and Windows 7 users: while holding CTRL, and SHIFT, press Enter).

In Command Prompt window, type in following commands, and hit Enter after each one:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
net stop "dns client"
net start "dns client"


Turn the computer off.

On your router, you'll find a pinhole marked "Reset".
Keep pushing the hole, using a pencil, or a paperclip until all lights briefly come off and on.
NOTE. Simple router disconnecting from a power source will NOT do.
Restart computer and check for redirections.

NOTE. You may need to re-check your router security settings, as described HERE
 
Open Notepad
Copy and paste following text into Notepad:

Go FILE > SAVE AS and in the dropdown box select SAVE AS TYPE to ALL FILES
Then in the FILE NAME box type fix.bat.
Save fix.bat to your Desktop.

Run fix.bat by double clicking.
You may see a black box appear; this is normal.

When done, run boot_cleaner.exe again and post its output.
 
'boot_cleaner.ex' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
You made a typo.
it's boot_cleaner.exe not boot_cleaner.ex (you missed an "e" at the end)
 
Download the FixTDSS.exe

Save the file to your Windows desktop.
Close all running programs.
If you are running Windows XP, turn off System Restore. How to turn off or turn on Windows XP System Restore
Double-click the FixTDSS.exe file to start the removal tool.
Click Start to begin the process, and then allow the tool to run.
Restart the computer when prompted by the tool.
After the computer has started, the tool will inform you of the state of infection (make sure to let me know what it said)
If you are running Windows XP, re-enable System Restore.
 
Well, at this point I'm out of ideas and tools.
My success rate runs around 99% and it looks like you're unlucky enough to fit into remaining 1%.
Possibly we're dealing with some kind of new type of infection.

I'm sorry, but the only option I can see here is to backup your data, format the drive and reinstall Windows.
