Is anyone have c650 usb driver?

as a subject, i cant connect usb device,i used general c650 usb driver with latest version but still usb is not recognized! please help me
 
On a Google search I got "Motorola C650 Mobile Phone" is that what you're talking about?

If so, I attached the USB Windows XP Driver
