Is KB-PS2KB port only for keyboard?

i just want to ask if a mouse connected to the KB-PS2KB port will work.

Well, if the port is clearly labelled as "KB", then it will only accept a keyboard. Some laptops come with PS/2 ports that can accept both keyboards and mice or even both at the same time with a special splitter cable.
