Is this monitor HDCP compliant?

  1. is a 17" Dell TFT LCD DVI/VGA LCD Monitor w/USB Ports compatible with HDCP? this monitor is using dvi-d or vga inputs.

    I seriously doubt that monitor is HDCP compliant. I would imagine it's pretty old and HDCP probably wasn't a feature being offered when that was made. Also, any monitor you hook up via DB-15 (vga) inputs won't support HDCP.

    LNCPapa is more than likely correct. That said, supplying us with the actual model number would likely erase all doubt.

    I believe that your video card would need to be HDCP compliant also.
