Issues with Coonecting DSL Modem to router using PPOE

We are trying to connect a DLink 604 router to the DSL modem without any luck. The connection works when connected directly to the computer. Sometimes I can connect, but then I drop off shortly after. Most of the time I can not connect. Do I need to cvall SBC? Is there anyone who can help me? :wave:

Have you put in your PPPoE authentication information in the router? I know linksys has this option, but i've never used the one that you have.
