Java won't install

Hey everyone,

Im trying to the the 8 steps done and I'm stuck at the Java step. I get the, "system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation."

I've search around, found and tried the "fixpolices" download with no luck.

Can someone tell me my next option? I don't think I can move on to the next step without this finished. Or can I?

That is being prevented on your own computer... either your security or your Windows Installer doesn't like what you have done.
This normally happens when the Windows Installer is not registered or the services which is not started.
First, you could try reinstalling the Windows Installer 3.1 from the Microsoft site.
Then you might try opening a CMD.EXE prompt, in Run, then enter SSIexec/unregister <enter>
then
enter MSIEXE/regserver <enter>

These should then work if you have your Windows Installer in right.
