Nice rig and something to look forward to when you get back stateside. You should have no difficulty overclocking to well over 4GHz with those components. Also, thanks for your service to our country.
 
Yes that is a very nice system with some special touches added in. While the GTX 460 SE SLI should provide a lot of horsepower, I think you should consider going with the regular GTX 460 1 GB which it looks like would only cost you about $18 more per card but would have a substantial impact on game play at higher settings on a good monitor.
