Lag Trouble In CSS

Ok so my friend recently upgraded my modem to a new D-Link thinking that it would solve my lag trouble in css. But even though my ping stayes around 30 and i get 30-40 fps I still lagg like no other. Any s****tions would be appretiated.:wave:

Does it lagg in certain servers? Because you may have a good ping but if server laggs then you cant do anything about it. And how would you describe lagg. You mean the FPS is to low or an internet lagg?

No it laggs in all servers some worse than others but still lagg. And it feels like it's video lagg but im getting like 40fps so the only other alterative would be internet lagg right?

Who provides your Cable service? And have you checked all settings are correct in the setup page?

It's Comcast. Do you mean the internet settings for steam?

I was thinking the same thing. I thought this was a post about style sheets. But after reading the post, I think I've figured it out - Counterstrike Source.

I doubt your Internet is the problem by the way... Counterstrike is notorious for still running like crap on newer platforms.
