Laptop repeatedly turns itself off

My laptop regularly turns off as if losing power and quite frequently has issues starting up despite having had both charger and battery replaced yet the problem still persists. I can't use it without it being plugged into mains n tends to work better with battery removed. Any suggestions what the problem could be?

The internal heat pads and or paste may need to be replaced. Have it serviced...

Cheers, well it won't start up anymore so I'm gonna take it in next week. Any idea how much it may cost?
