I'm having an issue with my laptop i turn it on and after the loading screen comes up it shuts down unexpectedly. i tried restarting and cutting the power numberus times and it seems to do the same thing. I was downloading a new program free of viruses (i scanned it) and the screen just went black and it shut off. Does anybody have any idea what my laptop could be doing? Thanks.
