  1. Update - Now also available to the public: Microsoft has taken another step forward by releasing the Office Professional Plus 2010 Beta to the general public today. So if you are wanting to take a taste at the new Office suite, you can download that here. In addition you can also download betas for Project 2010, Visio 2010, and SharePoint 2010.

I don't think i'll use a beta version for for my doc's. I need them to be bug free. Maybe shortly after it exits beta.

I'm curious to know if Microsoft will offer a similar student deal to the amazing Office 2007 Ultimate one!

I feel like my comments are being erased... or may that be it was another topic... can't seem to remember.

I don't like microsoft betas, they have way too many bugs and security holes, maybe once the RC comes up.

Does this interfere with Office 2007 in any way? Can I run both of them at the same time?

Note: Beta is not exactly "Trial"
Beta is meant for testers to test the Office version to see if it works properly

    MS info:

Note: You must uninstall any presently installed Office before installing this Beta version

It will Expire on October 31,2010

PS: RTM is Expected in June/July 2010
